This offer gives you access to a fully custom surfboard designed one-on-one with Pol Riera of Spina Surfboards. Over up to 6 hours of private design sessions, you’ll work with Pol to refine shape, performance, and flex to create a board perfectly matched to your surfing and your waves.

Once your design is complete, the Swellcycle team brings it to life using our sustainable, ultra-durable 3D-printed core, glassed and finished locally in Santa Cruz. A custom resin tint is included so your board looks exactly the way you imagine.

Whether this is a gift for someone else or a treat for yourself, it’s a truly personal experience - a surfboard shaped specifically for the way you ride waves.

Every purchase includes a printable card you can give to the recipient, explaining the experience and how to begin their custom board journey.

Every order includes free insurance and a flat rate USPS First Class or UPS Ground Shipping. Of course, you can select premium options, too.

We can ship anywhere in the world that is legally permitted under U.S. law. Any customs payments, local taxes, and processing fees are the responsibility of the customer.

We generally ship products between 12 and 48 business hours after we receive your order. In some cases, such as with surfboards, custom orders, or custom engraved products, we will contact you within 48 hours to discuss production and shipping timing.

We are proud to use the most sustainable packaging there is to offer. For our surfboards their packaging is 100% curbside recyclable and we strive to do the same for our eco-merchandise.
