About Future Fly

Founded by Arnon Dagan, Future Fly is the result of over 30 years immersed in windsurfing - across disciplines, styles, and countless locations worldwide.

For more than 15 years, Arnon has competed at the highest level on the PWA World Tour while developing cutting-edge equipment alongside some of the sport’s leading brands. As a team rider, head tester, and developer, he continuously pushed for boards that were light, durable and structurally precise.

His constant chase for the perfect board led him to found Future Fly in 2019.

For years, the windsurfing world had been searching for boards that were light and crisp, yet durable. Boards that wouldn’t break, wouldn’t soften over time, would hold their shape with precision, and resist unwanted twist.

Future Fly came together to deliver boards that feel alive, responsive, and confidence-inspiring from the very first session on the water.

Through this evolution, Arnon began collaborating with Tom Peleg - a former naval officer, father of three, and lifelong ocean enthusiast.

Tom’s background in surfing and engineering intensified with the discovery of wing foiling. While exploring both wing and prone foiling, it became clear that the ideal shape had yet to be found.

Working closely with the Future Fly team, Tom led the development of the Viper board range - a prone foil board that can also double as a high-performance wing board in strong conditions.
